you guys this is the only veggie burger recipe that I like. Tried black bean, white bean, and the frozen ones. Blech! But these are just so good and they freeze well after cooking them! You just cook and blend the cauliflower Then you add cooked quinoa and bread crumbs, egg, spices and mix it together. You then form in patties, as big or small as you prefer. Place them on an oiled pan. Be very careful when you flip, make sure the bottom has formed a crust. This takes practice but it’s so worth it. Now I served my veggie burgers with sweet potato fries, and pickles. Add all the spices ou want, this burger soaks up any flavor you add. You can customize to your own taste!
